Phoenix Allies for Community Health
(PACH) is a grassroots, social justice
organization born out of a movement
dedicated to improving health outcomes in
marginalized, low-income communities
who have minimal access to primary care.
We are also a 501(C)3 nonprofit.
Clinic Services:
Comprehensive Medical visits provided by dedicated volunteers to
ensure our patients receive the necessary medical attention and support.Laboratory Services and Imaging: Essential diagnostic services to aid in accurate and timely medical assessments.
Prescription Medications: Access to necessary medications at no cost to the patient.
Additional Services Provided:
Food Pantry: Nutritional support to address food insecurity within our community. Available to Clinic patients and local residents.
Case management: Support to identify and connect patients to non-
medical services to address Social Determinants of Health.Wellness Workshops: Opportunities for increasing physical and mental health literacy and physical movement through fitness classes.
