Too many LGBTQ+ patients around the country are confronted with shamefully limited options when seeking competent and compassionate medical care. Too often, obtaining care can be daunting, nerve‑racking, expensive, and time‑consuming. After struggling to set aside the time or build up the energy and courage to pursue what’s needed, some are confronted with rejection or find themselves in the uncomfortable situation of needing to teach their provider how to properly provide the appropriate care. Long drives may be required, and busy schedules can make it very difficult to get care and maintain it. Gamut health was founded as a telehealth clinic to help break down these barriers and improve access regardless of who you are or where you’re from. We strongly believe a rural location, limited time, and/or limited finances should not keep you from getting the care you deserve.
